Relativity Vineyards is a collaboration by two friends, Bob Enslein Jr., and Erik Ekstein. 

When we set out to create Relativity, we wanted to make a really good, full bodied Cabernet that was approachable, not something you needed to put down for 10 years to enjoy. So we enlisted a close friend who is the winemaker at a premiere Napa vineyard and asked for his help. He said, “Okay, but you can’t use my name. I don’t want to lose my job.” After we promised that under no circumstance would we reveal his identity (no matter how much under the influence of his delicious juice we would be), he talked to his friends at other top notch Napa vineyards and one of them came through. We were getting the same grapes they use for their $100 Cabernet!

After a number of iterations of the wine, Bob, Erik and our unnamed friend came up with a blend that was a full-bodied, ripe, well-structured wine.  With dark, supple fruit filled with blackberries and cassis.  This fruit forward wine has a round, clean finish.

We compared Relativity to wines that were a lot more expensive, and all we can say is we are proud that we can deliver a top notch wine at a great price.
